Board Approves School Projects
By SKIP GLADUE STONE HARBOR - A variety of maintenance projects was approved by the Stone Harbor School Board at the final meeting of the academic year June 2S. "Our number one priority," said Board President Douglas V. Stanford, "is to upgrade the electrical receptacles for computer usage." The receptacles and other electrical repairs will be done by Louis H. Griesbach Inc. of North Wildwood for $1,085. THE MAIN corridor will be recarpeted without seams by Moulder Floor Covering, Rio Grande, with the surplus material used to cover the floor of the library. In addition the corridor will be painted before the flooring is installed. Other matters to be attended to over the summer include the repairing and
recording of drapes in the all-purpose room, building of storage shelves in the boiler room and some concrete replacement on the ground. GRACE OIL Co., Wildwood, was the low bidder for providing fuel oil for the coming year. Board member Herman E. Kapp was asked to evaluate the audit of the building conducted by Atlantic Electric at no charge as part of its Commercial Conservation Service Program. The next meeting will be 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, in the school. Middle's Bulk Trash . Pickup Ends I COURT HOUSE - Middle Township has completed its bulk-item pick-up schedule. Although some re-cycling materials and branches remain, the Public Works Department will take care of those items during its regular pick-up schedule. Residents who placed items at curbside after the trucks had been through the designated sectors must make arrangements to have those items taken to the transfer station, and will be required to pay the tipping fee. ALL RESIDENTS who have household items are urged to call the Public Works Department at 465-9555 for disposal instructions. Commercial Establishments which include themselves in the residential pick-up will receive citations if they do not have their trash removed. Inspection of both the north and south sectors will begin next week.

Dem Gala To Honor Hughes AVALON - The Cape May County Democratic Organization will hold its Campaign '86 Gala Fundraiser at the Golden Inn. 18th Street and the Beach here, Friday, July 18.
