A retired construction and painting contractor, he moved here last year from West Collingswood. where he had lived more than 40 years. A local resident for 32 years, he was an attendant at the Woodbine Developmental Center and a member of VFW Post 3725, Town Bank. He was a sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army. Margaret A.
