Frame and his wife, Frances, of 2 Stagecoach Road came to last week's freeholder meeting to learn whether their home lies in the path of the county's Roosevelt Boulevard project. The county intends next year to extend Roosevelt ( Route 623) westward to intersect with Tuckahoe Road, thus eliminating the need to use Route 9. "a big bottleneck," according to county Engineer Neil O. Clarke. FRAME SAID THE COUNTY has offered him $56,000 for the threebedrrom, two-bath home, "but here's no way I can replace it for $56,000 I was willing take $72,000.
