Center Command . Changes CAPE MAY - Captain I Michael K. Cain will become the 20th Commanding Officer of the U.S. rCoast Guard Training Center here when he relieves Capt. Jon C. Uithol at a July 11th change of command ceremony. The u a.m. festivities on the Training Center Parade Field will start off with honors being rendered to visiting Rear Adm. Henry H. Bell. Chief. Office of Personnel at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington. D.C. THE CEREMONY continues with music by the Training Center Band, an inspection of the Training Center personnel and recruits, and remarks by RADM Bell. The ceremony concludes with the entire recruit regiment passing in review. Captain Uithol, who is assigned as chief of staff of Third Coast Guard District on Governor's Island in New York, served the last three years as commanding officer of the Coast Guard's only recruit training center. Captain Cain comes to the Training Center after spending the last year attending the Naval War College in Newport, RI. The public is invited to attend. J CAPT. MICHAEL CAIN #
