Mr. Kennedy and family, of Riverside. have opened their 23d street cottage. Mr. John Barron is home from thtUniversity of Pennsylvania for the summer. Quite a few renters this year. Renters are coming early. C. Mahon & Co. rented the Maus Cottage. 28th street, and Kneoig apartment, this week. Miss Margaret Stoppel is visiting Philadelphia friends this week. Mrs. Gilbert Smith and daughter. Marion, were Philadelphia visitors this week. St. John’s-by-the-Sea opened Sunday. 17th, with Mr. Louis B. Rank, lay reader. Next Sunday we will have with us Rev. Percy M. Urban. Curate of St. Peter's Church, Germantown.
