Believes Trolleys Will Run This Year The visit and inspection by the Public rtilities Commissioner of the track and road-bed of the New Jersey Rapid Transit Company, operating Uie trolley system in Sea Isle Cite, resulted in no change in the attitude of the Commission with regard to allowing the cart to operate this year, Ibe public Utilities Commiaaion relate to allow the cars to operate tmlets the tracka in the Whale Heach section are relaid, and new cars are put on. In an interview with officials of the Transit Company, this morning, it was declared that the line bad always operated at a lots, and would do to again this year if operated. This was nut certain, however, and if the line is again operated it will be only because the officials of the company fixe the lues that its non-operation wonld cause in a business war in 8rs Isle
