Will Treat Sewage In Disposal Plant

At the meeting of tiie City Commissioner* on Wednesday Engineer Collison went over tiie matter of installing chlorine treatment in tbe new sewage dispo sal plant, and after the routine business of the meeting waa completed tbe Ui Commiaaiouers, together with the City Engine! r, made a personal inspection of ■r plant. The city has the choice of two methods of treating tiie sewage, of which the chlorine is said lo be the moel satisfactory. Tiie installation of Uie system will cost about (SOU. Hitherto the sewage has not been treated, but merely passed through lire plant and emptied into tiie Thoroughfare in its raw state.
