Robert Beekbarl. of Eld ora. indicted on three counts for forgery, was found gtiflt; by the Jury. The Court directed a vcrulct la favor of the defendant In the case of William E Canaan. Indicted for larceny. Tht- testimony of the State wax such that the defense was not called upon. T'je Jury to the case of Fannlp Heea. indicted for larceny, returned a verdict of "not guilty." After toe session this week, the court will adjourn until October 15th. when toe trial of 'ho Wildwood murder case will take place.
