Landis Avenue Is destined to become a business and not a residential thoroughfare, such as the word "Boulevard". J in plies. The tracks of the Trolley Company are property located on Landis Avenue and no action should be taken that will tend to embarrass that company, or force them to surrender their charter and discontinue the service Such a loss would be moat deplorable. So that, admitting this to be correct, the width that could be utilised for the other traffic is but about J! feet between the wester!} side of the Trolley Company right of way and the curbing on the westerly aide of laindis Avenue and unless the entire width of 40 feet can be so reconstructed. including the R feet or more occupied by the Trolley Company and the 10 feet on the eastrriy aide, in such a uniform manner and with such material as would enable all classes of vehicles to pass over and along the same, the width of a feet would be entirely Inadequate to accommodate the traffic that may be reasonably expected when the through route la opened from Ocean City to Seven Mile Beach, and In taking any
