A far-reaching program of war relief now ts being carried on la Italy under the direction of the American Bed Croaa pennansot Italian Relief Expedition, headed by Mr. Robert P. Perkirs of New York city. This commission recently arrived at Rome, * here it was welcomed by Italian officials.
