In the meantime another bather reached the drowning boy. and surted for shore with him when a heavy breaker loosed his hold, and carried the Inert body out of

The Coast Guards of the upper station were notified at once, and a search was started for the body, but it was not recovered until Sunday night, when Elmer Peterson. The alleged spy, killed in Ocean City last week in an encounter with a coast guard, proved to he Thomas Ellis, an American citizen, of Trenton, whose strange anties were due to insanity.
