UPPER TOWNdHIP GOES DRY. The local option question came before the voters of Upper Township at Tuesday’s election, with the result that the Township will go dry within thirty days. Th-r vote was 78 1 and 84 ’ dry'’, the dry’s having a Jority of six. The vote polled in the Township was the lightest in years, the total being only 210. The Township gave a large plurality to all the Republican candidates. Walter Edge leading 149 votes.
