The Committee on Fourth of July Celebration, and the Welcome Home to the Sea Isle City boys In the Service, has completed Us plans, and one of the most diversified and interesting programs ever presented In the wort will be givec. The morning wlU be given over Novelty races on the beach, oommei Ing at ten o'clock. The races include ^aok races, obstacle races, potato races, three-legged races and one hundred yard dash. At eleven-thirty a reception will be given to the returned soldiers. In the Pier Auditorium, and handsomely decorated testimonials, in gold, red and bine, will be presented to each one of the boys, with tbelr>name Inscribed thereon, and rigned and sealed officially by City officers. Mayor Fitch win preside, and community singing, led by Mr. Corson, will be a feature. At one-thirty a shooting match take place. In which entries have been received from a number of crack shots.
