Dr. Allen Coraon. chairman of the conmUttoe on location of the proposed Ocean City Bench front hotel, at a recent meeting of the Boon! of Trade, reported that it bad been definitely decided that the location would be between Fourth and Twelfth streets. The committee had secured prices for five different pieces of ground, nothing under 200 feet front, or over 800 feet. Mr. J. M. Rowland of the building committee, gave the* approximate cost of a fire proof hotel containing roe hundred rooms, as $310,397.40. Coat wo extra floors, fifty-two rooms. $109,261.00.
