Handsome Pluralities Given in Nearly all Election Districts; Bugbee Carries County by t273; Mead Tomlin Runs Way Ahead of Ticket; Returns Practically Comqlete. A. Carlton Hildreth was re-elected Codntv Clerk of Cape Msy Conntv on Tuesday, by a majority of 70s votes. Mead Tomlin ran ahead of the ticket,-wnd was an easy victor, as was Andrew Boeweb for the assembly. Mr. Boswell’s opposition, Thomas Durell, was never considered serious, and the \ vies given to Durell was almost negligible. J. Prescott Csdiusn, Republican, mss unopposed

Despite the " wet ” influence in the lower section of the Connty and at Ses Isle City, Newton Bugbee was accorded a majority of 1273 votes over Edward 1. Edwards, who was elected Governor of New Jersey on Tuesday, by the hravv Democratic vote of the north Jersey counties. The vote in detail, by precinta, with only Cape Msy Point (with a possible votes) missing, was as follows ;

Ocean City.—According to the report of the receiver of the Shore Fast Une the Ocean City Division lost |22.677.56 the last fiscal year. The groas receipts were $186,011.29. and expenditure* $206,688.66. Green Creek.—The Middle township Sunday-school convention was held In the M. Wildwood.—Hunt and Austin, Wildwood’s all-year-round theatre magnates, have purchased the Avenue theatre property on Pacific avenue between Garfield 'and Spicer avennes, from Mrs. E. H. Minns.
