Cepe May County Is represented in 1 tbe State Assembly, a branch of tb State Legislature, by Attorney Andrew C. Boswell, of Ocean City. Mr. Hoewell was eiected last fall, and is serving his first term m a mow creditable ner. He is City Solicitor for Ocean City, and for the Horougb of Avalon. Mr. Boswell was born at New Gretna. N. J on September 2S. 1872. and has been a resident of Cape May

In view of the vast upon its trearury to meet the peculiar conditions of a resort county, Board of Freeholders have succeeded in keeping the county tax rate down to a reasonable figure; and yet it has been able to provide such “extras’* as mosquito extermination work to the tune of $8000, farm demonstration and vocational schools, and assistance to the maintenance of county hospitals.
