BUNGALOW RENTAL PRICES

Bungalows, accommodating four people may be rented by the week, month or season at the following rates: May and first two weeks in June, $12.00 per week; last two weeks in June, $15.00 per week; all July, $18.00 per week; August and first week in September, $20.00 per week; remainder of September, $15.00 per week; the season (May 1 to November 1), $190.00. Electric lights, artesian water service and underground sewer service are included in the above rentals. The removal of garbage is attended to by the borough. Furnishing includes everything the housekeeper needs excepting cutleriy, table and bed linen. The furniture, beds, etc., are of good quality. Tenants are expected to leave the contents of bungalows in good condition when they vacate. A telephone pay station, telegraph, American Express service and parce. post are available. On payment of a small fee, a Boy Scout will deliver mail. Groceries, meats and provisions are delivered by local merchants; ice and milk are served by dealers and fresh vegetables, eggs, poultry and fruits raised on adjacent mainland farms, are sold by hucksters and farmers at less than city prices.
