STRANDED BARGE MOVED THIRTY FEET SEAWARD Work was commenced on the salvaging of the stranded barge, "George K. Skolefield" which came ashore at Sea Isle City during the severe February storm. The Barge, '.allied at *75,000 when afloat, lias been bought for *1000 by John Back man, of Audubon; N. J. and it is under bis direction that the floating of tht vessel is being attempted. With tbs high June tides this mculii it is believed the vessel can be floated, and the correctness of tbla theory was demonstrated on Wednesday night when the bugb hull was luorsd thirty feet seaward.
