Settlement was made on Thursday for the Eire trie Light Plant. The amount due the company was >57.500. less back taxes and interest due to the City, which were deducted at the time of settlement.

With the ousting of nine of the fourteen members of the County Board of Chosen Freeholders by the courts recentquestion arose as to the legs'.
