Set Ion 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance, entitled. "An ordinance authorising the issuing of bonds of the Oily of Sea Isle City. New Jersey, in the aggregate principal sum of 22u.00P.00 and to lie known as Gas L'ght Bonda," be amended to read as follow.-.:—"Section 1. Bonds of the City of Sea Isle CIO’, a municipal corporation of New Jersey. In aggregate principal sum of S20.0U0.00 to Ik- known as Gas Light Bonds are hereby authorised pursuant to the provisions of an act of the La-glslature of New Jersey, entilleu. "An Act to authorize and regulate the Issuance of bond* and other obligations and the Incurring of indebtednirc. of county, city, borough, town, township or any muni-, cipallty governed by an Improvement commission." approved March 22. 1*12. and the amendments thereof.
