Find Kissing Girl Visiting the Detective Bureau in City Hall, Philadelphia, early on Wednesday, a girl who said she was Ellen McKay, eighteen. 208 Asbury avenue. Ocean City. N. J.. told the detectives she had lost her pocketbbok and was penniless. The girl appeared hazy as to Just how and where she had lost her money and only revealed her Iden tity after long questioning.
