OCEAN CITY LOST GAME A hard lost victory was recorded

_ the credit of the Ocean City basketball team last Thursday a week, at the hands of the Passaic (Wonder Team) quintet of that city by the score of 109 to 16. The local lads comprising the select cagemen of the city, journeyed to the other end of the state with their blood at a fighting pitch, and although other teams of the state reputed as being cracks, were unmercifully crushed by the Passaic men by horrible odds, the Ocean City boys indicated themselves as battlers. Handicapped by the unusual largeness of the cage, the fact that the game was delayed three quarters of an hour starting, and an audience of two thousand spectators had assembled all contributed to the

disasterous outcome of the setto. While the score is suggestive of a

one sided game, to fans who are familiar with the records made and held by the up state team, they will gladly extend the hand of congratulation to the Ocean City High School. The entire battle was waged against
