Send for our free booklet— WILLS and the ADMINISTRATION of ESTATES. It contain* other Interesting data of a survey recently made of the Camden County Probate Court Rec-
ords.
How much of your estate will come to your heirs? Before your estate can pass to your heirs, other with a WO] or without one. it must be “settled’' according to the laws of this state. This
settlement costs money which comes out of your estate.
While the FEES, which are only part ot the settlement cost allowed by the Probate Court, are about the same whether an individual or a trust company administer, an estate, the TOTAL cost is much in fsror of the
trust company.
For example: In 1921 the average cost of INDIVIDUAL administration of estates in Camden County was 8.58%; TRUST COMPANY administration costs were 4.50%—just about half the individual’s cost. This apparent inefficiency on the part of the individual executor and administrator is not surprising when you stop to think that the individual usually conducts this work as a “side isiae’’: while the trust company makes this its chief business. You go to a specialist for expert business, legal and medical advicewhy not select this Trust Company for expert management of your estate?
