A matter of general Interest to the County was a resolution providing that In the future no County road that has been hard-surfaced shall be opened for any purpose, such as laying sewers, water mains, etc., for a period of five years after the work was completed. A resolution was also adopted notifying the City of Cape May that the work on the hard-surfacing of Beach Drive In that resort would soon begin, and that all curbing must he In before this work Is commenced.
