Rules of Contest This Campaign opens March 20th and will clooe May 2nd, at 2 P. M. Only one nomination blank will be counted to any one condidata. Candidates may solicit subscriptions anywhere, and may be aided byaa many friends and relatives as they can secure to take subscription receipt hooks and work In their uehalf. No votee will be Issued except the regular vote coupons given with each subscription secured and the extra vote coupons Issued from time to time as specified In the extra vote schedule and the 200-vote ballot printed in the Issues of the CAPE MAY COUNTY TIMES. New subscriptions and renewals of present snfaecriptlona will count at the same vote rate. There will be no “doubling up" of candidates, pooling of votes, or transfertng cf votee from one candidate to another allowed. New subscribers and those renewing old subscriptions may gey at the office of the CAPE MAY COUNTY TIMES and have the votee credited to any one In the Contest.
