The announcement of William Campbell that be would be a candidate for re-election for city commissioner marks the entry of the third candidate for that pooition in Ocean City. Campbell, who recently underwent a serious operation In the Hahnemann Hospital, Philadelphia, was reluctant to announce his candidacy until be learned if his health would permit the duties that this office retiree. Campbell, who is nicknamed the "Watchdog of the Treasury," to the present Commissioner of Finance. He will be a strong candidate and I would not be very much surprised if be waa reelected. Tho other announced candidates are Dr. J. Thorr ley Hughes and William J. Chadv ick. This marks Dr. Hughes first plunge into politics. William J.
