The game developed Into a pitcher's battle with Nelson, the Collegian ace. earning the decision over Townsend. the Ocean City moundsman. by a good margin. Nelson was nicked for but two hits and forced nine of the opposition to fan the air. The Collegians' six hits were thnely, three coming In the fifth frame, enough to place the game in the freezer. Both sides player first-class baseball and sensational fielding on the part of both teams drew much applause from the large crowd. Saturday. August 4th. the Collegians face the strong Cape May Vocational School Club on Sea Isle field at 3:30 P.M.
