In December, 1918, fifteen citizens of Woodbine agreed that an opportunity awaited the manufacturer of children * clothing that would only produce high-grade garments. Under thrifty and capable management the concern weathered the business depression after the war. They never lost sight of the fact that their success was due to the production of high-grade goods.
