Bradley’s saloon was raided In August and at that time be was held for court on tha charges of Illegal selling and posse talon. Prosecutor Errlckson decided that there wasn’t sufficient evidence to press the charge of illegal selling so tha count was dropped. Bradley acted on the advice of his counsel, Mark R. Sooy, and pleaded guilty. The Jury dellgen ted but a few minutae before returning Its verdict. Then Judge Eldrldgs told Bradley
