H< declared that he went to Mrs. Josephine Key ban, local realtor, who war the agent for Mrs. Watson, and be declared she promised to do this. However, Mrs. Watson came to collect his rent and when it was refused, brought suit. When on the stand Mrs. Key ban refuted Aldeman's statements and Mrs. Watson supported her. - Judgment was given la favor of Mrs. Watson, to the effect that the tenant should pay seventy dollars bock rent.
