The Woodbine High School defeated the Alumni In their ninth annual game last Saturday afternoon. 7 to 6. This was the closing game of a mediocre season for the High School boys. A record attendance viewed the contest which was played on Park Field. D. Feldman’s kick for the ex*ra point after Go!dinger had scored a tonchdo»n, was the narrow margin of the Red and Blue victory. Feldman’s boot went straight over the croes be. from a difficult angls S. Levin, R. Goldlngar and Levenson ilayed a corking good game for the Alumni. Danerhlrah, Rabtnowlte, J. Innnerman and D. Feldman were the outstanding stars of the High School.
Philadelphia Police Halt Runaway! Isadora LutkowlU and Marshall Tolster, of Woodbine, were pick ad up by the Philadelphia police last Tussday morning. TUe boys have been mtaslng from their homes since last Sunday. They reached Philadelphia by getting rides from passing autouts. The attention of the police was attracted to them by the bewildered manner In which the boys acted in the vicinity of the ferry. They were then taken to the House of Detention vend their parents notified. The boys are pupil* in the local school.
