Frank E. Walters, a Wildwood builder, sued Mrs. Margaret Arkwright for the balance of the sum allegsd due him for toll ding her a hone in Wildwood. Mre. ArirwrlgbL claimed that she authorised Waiters to build her a home that wyuld not coat over $10,000. A plan of a house that coa". more than that to build was selected and Mrs Arkwright stated that by reducing the else of the Building that It could be erected for

Walters testified that extras and Improvements not la the original plan caused the price of the building to advance. Mr*. Arkwright stated on the stand she was willing to pry for the Improvements added, but they did hot cost near the difference of $0000 that the builder claimed. She stated that she paid the bills as they wtH rendered until the sum react proxlmaiely $10,000. when fused to pey any more. The case occupied all of Tuesday afternoen and Wednesday morning.
