Stevens, Solicitor of the City of Cape May; George Wenuell, Director of Hlghwar*. of Cape May. and Mayor Fran - Me. ray, of Cape May. All stated that the City wm undertaking a paving program this coming yea.- looking to the hard-surfacing of all of the principal streets of the City, and that the completion ot this strip by the County Wuuld round out the paving needed for 18X4. The matter wm held under advisement by the Board, and a resolution by the Progressive League, of Cape May, read at the meeting, was ordered received and filed. A resolution was rsad from the Cape May County Poultry Association protesting ag-Jnst the propoeed alteration of the preeent Court House Building, and suggest lug that some other means than altering the preeert building be adopted to provide the much needed extra room for the County Clerk and other County flees.
