Clan Etta Katthiu, of Ocean City, Awarded $450 for Injury Mrs. Clara EtU Matthias, of Ocean City, was awarded' 1450 for an Injury Inflicted while making some purchases in the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co.. Ocean City. Mrs Ma'thtas was struck In tha face by an Iron twine container which was caused by a clerk jerking the twine from the container, which w*n suspended above the counter. Her husband Joseph C. Matthias, also entered suit, claiming compensation for the loee of time caused by his wife's injuries. His claim was dismissed. The accident occurred September. 1122. The was tried by Judge Eldredge last Friday.
