In ordei to provide (or our rapidly increasing business our stockholders at a recent meeting voted to increase the Capital Stock from $100,000 to $360,000. This new stock will be sold at $225 per share, $100 to go to Capital Account'and $125 to Surplus Accoimt. This Institution is the oldest National Bank in Cape May County and was organized twenty-two years ago. The stock has paid dividends since organization and (or two years past has paid 20 per cent on the par value.
