Storm Damaged Property At Ocean City Ocean City was rather hard hit by the recent northeasterly storm which ■wept thfc State. During Fridy morning the increasing gale and rain brought the tide to a great helghth and caused the suspension of service on the Shore Fast Line out of that city, because of the leaning polee on the Rainbow Channel bridge. From the bay front to Bay Avenue, a distance of 100 feet, and extending for a dosen blocks, parallel to the bay, the water covered the land. At Forty-fifth Street the tides rose so high that the ocean and the bay met. Further down, near Fifty-third Street, a three^tory frame house, owned by summer residents, had us foundations washed almost completely away. Near Fifty-seventh Street a two-story frame residence was in a similar condition. The bulkhead near the rid Coast Guard Station, at Fifty-fifth Street, was seriously damaged and a part LEGAL
