A communication from tha State Highway Commission stated that the contract of the county with Monthan A Hall for building eboulders on the flea Isle City Turnpike wu approved, ter State aid. Work on this contract hu already commenced. Another letter from tha Commission stated that the plans for paving nrth Boulevard. Ocean City, rejected, because the State had no funds tor the work. The county wifi finance this project by bond tosus, sad bids for th# work will be opened at an adjourned muting of tb* Board on March 12. County Counsel reported that the IU Dredging Company had sued the county for 1.212.01 claimed to be due siau the building of Third Avenue, Avalon, to Stone Harbor, about six years ago. and that the records of tha county show that, with Interest, tha sum of 12,212.22 wu du*.
