Mlaa Oilman was returning home after a birthday celebration spent with Mrs. George W. A colored man quickly caught the bag and threw It from the window. It appears that the hot pipe which convey* heat to the bus, waa responsible, as Miss Oilman’s bag was resting very close to It. and the comb, being a celluloid composition, com-

bustion was easy.
