Died in Atlantic Hospital "Please have a band at funeral and send my money to my mother,” were the words i ed by the dying Joaeph Angelina, the young Italian who had hi* legs crushed beneath the wheels of the Pennsylvania excursion train last ~ day afternoon. He made thl* teat as he was being rushed to the Atlantic City hospital. He died several hours after his adImlon Into the hospital. The tragedy that marked the end of the victim's first seashore visit of the season, occurred a short distance from the Sea Isle City station. Angelina and three companions spent last Sunday In Sea Die City visiting friends. The visit was of such a pleasant nature that all thoughts of train schedules were forgotten until they heard the Stone Harbor excursion train at the f*»* Isle City

Sea Isle City, new parking regulation* and new regulations for building approaches to the Boardwalk were three matters discussed at length at the meeting of the City Commissioner* in the City Hall Tuesday. Ordlifv will be Introduced and ed at the next meeting prorld- _ for a uniform building line for business properties on Landis Avenue, compelling all new building* to be erected to this line, and prohibiting an overhang, or cornice, to extend more than 36 inches over the sidewalk; to prohibit parking within 60 feet of Boardwalk, and for ail rid* street parking to be with ba-k wheels to the north curb; and to compel all property owners along the Boardwalk at street interBe tions to lay approaches at least fifteen feet wide in the center of
