The Lynch Company is an expert on Hold construction. This company built The Rook-Cadillac Hotel in Detroit with 1200Rooms, 1200Baths. It is now building in London, Canada, a 250Room fireproof Hold with a 1 OO^car Garage; in Richmond, Va., a 415-Room fireproof Hotd with a 2200-seat theatre; in Philadelphia, Pa., the Equitable Building, Board and Locust Streets. It is very gratifying for the officers of the Wildwood Hotd Corporation to be able to announce that this contract has been awarded and that the Senior Financing has been definitdy arranged.

A tentative agreement has been entered into with the Wm. Foot Hotel Company for the management of the Hotel Philip Baker This company operates a chain of 11 high-class, fireproof hotels throughout the South, and the New Cumberland Hotel in Bridgeton. Two more hotels will be added to their chain in a few weeks.

The Lynch Construction Company of New York City has been awarded the contract ft* die construction of the Hotel PhilipBaker It has been decided to build 300 Rooms and 300 Baths and the contract has been awarded on this baas. Construction will begin as soon as the architects’ plans and specifications are completed. The Architects and Contractor by working together plan to have die construcion under way by Ocober 1, 1925, the date scheduled. The Construction Company will execute a Surety Braid guaranteeing completion of the Hotel in accordance with plans and specifications and within the specified time.
