Former Mayor of Somers Point Dead Robert S. Cmsy Dies at His B at Age of 72 Robert N. Crtssy. 72. widely known retired Philadelphia business man, and former Mayor of Somers Point, died at his home at the Point following an illness of twenty-two week*. Mr. Cstsaey was in the carriage business at Twelth and Spruce Streets, Philadelphia, until his retirement about ten years ago. He held the distlncton of being the only man to have the office of Mayor of Somers Point for three consecutive years. During his Mayoralty.
