Lunhinch Appointed A regular meeting of the Woodbine Borough Council was held on Monday evening nt the Borough Hall, a large crowd being present. The question of widening Adams Avenue waa again Drought up- AH the property owners of Woodbine want to widen their respective streets, and In due time have them all pared. As a result of this desire of the property holders, the original ordinance for widening Adams Avenue will have to be amended, so as to take In other streets to accotr.oodate the great amount of traffic which enten Woodbine. An interesting letter from the Baron De Hlrsch Fund was read by Borough Clerk Prances Greenstein. The fund promised ot help Woodbine to build a large community hall. Including library.

Woodbine Bowling Team Suffers First Defeat The Woodbine bowling team, consisting of Jack Breslow. HerDavld Stein. Thompson Peterson and A1 Freedman, suffered Its first defeat at the hands of the Ocean City team on Friday evening at Kata's amusement parlor. Adams, captain of Ocean City, lead all scores of the evening with 2X7 and 126. David Stein, of Woodbine, led his team In scoring with the mark of 188. Ocean City captured the first three games.
