Last Thursday evening Paul E. Spiecker. a member of the local troop of Boy Scouts of America, attended the Court of Honor which was held in Pleasantville He was awarded the two merit badges of physical development and pathlindmg and was promoted to the poet of life scout which is the second highest rank in scouting. This makes fifteen merit badges which be has been awarded since last
August.
