Council passed a resolution' authorising the lax collector to forceloee on the properties of a few of the worst delinquent taxpayers, in order that a clear title may be obtained to the properl ies. The Tax Collector's report, which was read by Mias Greenstein, Borough Clerk, for the year IASS, was accepted by the Council.
