Real Estate Listing Bureau, Inc. 813 Central Avenue Ocean City, New Jersey March 20th. 1926. Mr. William A. Haffert, President. Atlantic Printing & Publishing Co.. Inc., Sea Isle City, New J=aey. y My dear Mr. Haffert: Now that our card-index system of Ocean City property is fully completed, and delivered into the hands of some fifty (50) real estate brokers in this city, and found by them to be quite accurate and satisfactory, bringing us much favorable comment upon the efficiency of the work, which was begun about November 15. 1925, I feel that you are entitled to know the satisfaction we members of this concern have in the printing service rendered by your organization. It was I feel sure an unusually large and delicate piece of printing work, involving approximately 10,000 separate pieces of composition (linotype work) and the printing (cylinder press) of more than 600,000 three by five index cards; with approximately 6,000 indexes (job press), which was handed to you in accordance with our agreement under date of January 16, 1926, after other printers had attempted, and given up the work on the grounds of its tedious nature, as undesirable. With the knowledge tliat we were under written contract to make delivery of the completed system, on or before February I, 1926, you accepted, and entered upon the work with a wonderful spirit of co-operation, working all of the facilities of your plant and organization at full capacity, and much overtime, promising delivery of the completed job, on or before February 8. 1926, which at the time we believed impossible, however, by noon of February 8, 1926, you had completely fulfilled your contract with us, thus enabling us to "make good" with our friends, and business associates, with a little less than three weeks' delay. The character of your work was high grade, your co-operation in working out our problems and fine spirit of service w*s the best, and what meant more to us. probably than anything else was the fact that you did exactly, and to the letter as agreed, and your price for the work was very satisfactory. Trusting that you will accept our thanks and appreciation, and personal good wishes, we are. Very truly yours. REAL ESTATE LISTING BUREAU. INC., By LEWIS R. HOGAN. Treasurer. ~
