This means that more cases of

Th» day previous to the veterinarian’s visit this dog hsi! scratched Its owner on the chin. As a scratch from a rabid dog is about as bad as a bit. so far as Infection la concerned, cause the dog slobbers on licks Its paws, the veterinarian nt once rommunicated with tbi family physician, who phoned for vaccine to administer Pasteur treatment. There Is a vaccine, one Injection of which It is said will Immunise a dog for a year if adralnistcred before being

An unusnal number of bills were approved and ordered paid. Reports were made by the Board of Health and Tax Collector. William H. Flick was appointed by Mayor Greenstcin serve as special officer at the New Jersey State Colony for Feeble-Minded Males. A petition, signed by a large number of dllxens and property owners was presented, asking Council to pass an ordinance, whereby, a number of streets, including Washington Avenue. Franklin Street. Do Hirsh Avenue and a few others, could be widened and curbed. All property owners signing agreed to pay the cost that would be Involved. Mayor Greenstcin approved. and stated, that as soon os Adams Avenue was completed hr would select an engineer to survey the necessary streets and get an estimate of the cost. It seems likely, that in the very near future, all the streets of Woodbine will be widened and

properly curbed.
