One man was Instantly killed, and another hurt seriously at Woodbine, when a freight car. due to a sudden slip of (be switch forced the car to leave the track. The man killed was W. D. Rayne. 46. of Ocean City. Md.. and the man hurt was Ed Braxton. of Boston. Mass. The accident took place about 1:30 A. M. Monday morning, when a freight train was switching s car on s siding. The switchman adjusted Ue necessary sfirltchcs. but accord I a* io railroad officiate, who were Immediately called upon the scene of the accident, the switch closed when only the front wheels of the car was on the correct track, thus forcing the other wheels to go on the math
