Port Elizabeth Parent-Teacher Haliowe en Party The Parent-Teachers held Its regular business and social meeting Monday evening in the school house. The association concluded to have a Hallowe'en Party Piiday evening. October *9, and everyone is Invited to come and are asked to masque. There will be no admission but -plenty of good things to buy.
