Fiske, who spent only «,12 to build Ws motorboat “Bullet II." captures the unofficial world's record for outboard motors, smashing the previous time 23.11 miles an hour. Dr. Fiske was a member of the Champion-hip Olympic pistol team in 1920. The $12 which Dr. Fiske spent was iiis sole expense in constructing the boat, exclusive of the outboard motor.
