According to rumors one or the largest developments undertaken in Cumberland County recently will be consummated in the near future with the transformation of land adjacent to Buckshutem. three miles from Millville, road to Mauricetown into home ■lies and recreation grounds. The proposition includes th' raising of Buckshutem pond f< ti feet, the laying out of streets, and the building of a boulevard around the pond, the home sites running to the boulevard giiins each a water frontage. Other informa'ion is that there Is to be wide newspaper publicity, and that the new settlement Is to be pushed forward as a winter resort similar to that of Lakewood. This would Include golf links, ranee course, club house, etc. This syndicate has already exploited several water front propositions with considerable suc-
